Caroline has led LEAF for over 25 years with a passion to encourage farmers to deliver more sustainable farming approaches and engage consumers through technical management tools, events and training packages. Caroline has a strong background in practical farming but she particularly specialises in collaborative and facilitation processes to deliver behaviour change among farmers and a full range of stakeholders, including researchers, industry and the public for the encouragement of more sustainable food and farming.
